I was a first-time visitor to this place. They did an exceptional job, and the pricing was reasonable.
My spouse has been having their hair styled by Jin for years and also takes our two sons along. Jin is fantastic, showing great patience. One of my sons has sensory difficulties, and Jin handles the situation with such grace, using a blow dryer to remove hair and engaging in conversation to put him at ease.
What keeps me coming back to Marcel's is the warm and inviting environment, as well as the excellent service provided by Teri. Teri truly loves what she does, and it shows in her welcoming and professional demeanor. Her skill in cutting hair is top-notch, and that's why I will remain a loyal customer at Marcel's.
