My new favorite nail salon! Tom and Tracy always deliver perfection. Prior to my appointment, my cuticles and fingers were in bad shape from my habits, but they worked wonders. I'm completely enamored! They even offer complimentary beverages, showing their dedication to clients. Will definitely return, a solid 10/10 experience.
My exclusive destination for years! Dip nails are top-notch, lasting 6 weeks! Perfect for my hectic schedule - no chips, no cracks! The nail technicians are superb! Warm and attentive! The pedicure is unmatched - the lavender scrub is incredibly soothing! It can get crowded, so booking in advance is wise. Adore this place immensely!🥰💅🧖♀️
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Do Not squander your time or cash here. I visited on a Thursday for shellac and after an hour and a half I was finally finished. My nails were uneven and the polish was far from my cuticle, making it seem like I had them done a week ago. The charge was $50, I was shocked! Additionally, 3 days later my nails began to peel and chip. Today, I revisited with my child to display the issue, and they just instructed me to sit down. When I requested a different color, assuming the current one was old, he declined, asking for $25. I was baffled, "You ruined my nails, have poor products, and now want to charge me again just for a color change?!" He affirmed! They also demanded $15 to paint my 6-year-old daughter's nails with regular polish. Unbelievable. With no other customers present, I expressed my discontent and left. I sought assistance at DD Nails across the street where they treated my daughter and me with exceptional care. I will be a regular there from now on. Heed my advice, avoid this establishment. Outdated polish, dim lighting, and no clientele. Perhaps he keeps the lights off to save money due to lack of business. 👎👎👎
