To be unequivocally clear from the outset... the management and staff are outstanding, including the Regional team. Nevertheless, the new spray tanning products are utterly dreadful. I have made multiple attempts to address this issue, yet there have been no improvements apart from an apology from senior management and a commitment to investigate. As a long-standing patron, the exceptional product that persuaded me to enlist should be consistently provided. To elucidate the stark contrast between Mystic and Palmbeach brands, I have included a comparative image. With Mystic, I only required dark with a Honey additive and accelerator. Conversely, with the new product, I need dark and 2-3 bronzers, yet still fail to achieve the same hue, not to mention its efficacy lasting only a single day post-initial shower. Both images were captured the day after, following a shower. I can assert there exists a substantial disparity, as well as a notable divergence in the cost that I am incurring...
The establishment is spotless, the staff is exceedingly amiable. There are exceptionally stunning individuals managing the place. The cost for tanning may be a tad high.
