I strongly advise against this spot! They exhibit very impolite and harsh behavior! I visited to have gel applied on my nails and within a short time, the gel started peeling off. When I returned the following day for a fix, they demanded $35 for the service! When I tried to express my dissatisfaction, the manager began shouting at me. I do not recommend this place at all. If I could, I would rate it 0 stars.
This is my most beloved spot. I have frequented this place since my youth! It is more cost-effective compared to other spots depending on your selection. I admire the proprietors and the staff, they always sport a grin and have never disappointed me!
The atmosphere is not very inviting. They rush you through the process and become impatient very quickly if you take more than a couple of seconds to pick a color. I paid $28 for a pedicure only to have it hurried and the attendant seemed unenthusiastic. Her demeanor was less than ideal. The manicure I received quickly developed bubbles in the paint. I chose this location for its proximity to Publix, but today will mark my final visit. I would not suggest this place to anyone unless there is a significant change in their attitudes, customer service, and dedication to performing well. I wish I had read the reviews before deciding to come here.
