Wait times are horribly long with no way to make an appointment. Waiting area is congested and TVs are almost too small to even see. I had been recommended to come here and was told I may wait a while, but I was not warned that it would be a wait of over an hour and a half. The quality of the haircut was not great either. And was definitely not worth the long wait.
Came in, sat down and waited. Informed I didn't sign in so I would be waiting another hour! Rude and put offish staff. Won't ever try this place if I ever come back to Auburn. Negative 5 if possible.
Had 5 customers waiting in line. Only 2 people cutting hair. Boy decides to take a 30 minute break. Just on his phone sitting around while we are all waiting to get a haircut. If they don’t value customers time why even go. No lie I timed him. And I left and he still hadn’t called anyone back. This is my second time. Was okay first. Terrible this time. Unrecoverable.
