Lockbox Hair Studio offers a comprehensive experience! Their stylists are not only kind but also incredibly skilled, instilling me with confidence both before and after my makeover. Ashley T and Ashley V worked on my hair and makeup, and the results were so impressive that it appeared as though I had hair extensions! I am eagerly anticipating my next visit!
I have pondered before sharing my thoughts on this establishment and while the ambiance was delightful, my hair was left in a dreadful state. The stylist damaged my hair, resulting in it being tinted orange, which led me to tears upon returning home. Seeking help at a different salon, they were able to salvage some of my hair but had to trim an additional 2 inches (following Lockbox's initial 2-inch cut). The condition in which my hair was left has left me utterly dismayed. Preferring to avoid confrontation, I opted to pay the steep price (exceeding $250) and depart. However, upon witnessing the remarkable transformation at the other salon, I felt compelled to provide an honest review. I have included a photo depicting my hair two days post-dye at Lockbox before the intervention of the other salon.
The ambiance and energy of this establishment are truly captivating! The staff exude warmth and hospitality, and Maggie consistently delivers an exceptional hair transformation!
