This establishment merits 0 stars; unfortunately, I can’t submit this without awarding them at least 1 star. Just be aware that they do not warrant even that single star. I drove an hour to Atlanta to visit the shop based on the online reviews, but they do not deserve any of those accolades. I phoned this location SEVENTEEN (17) times only to be directed to voicemail. I simply wanted to inquire about their location as I was in what I believed to be their parking area. Despite asking a security guard for directions, I still struggled to locate the shop. After several attempts, the phone ceased to ring and went straight to voicemail. If you or anyone you know is contemplating visiting this establishment, I recommend seeking alternatives and not wasting your time or energy.
The entire process was fantastic. I reserved an appointment online, it was incredibly simple and I was able to get pierced within a few hours of booking. Upon arrival, Cameron (the piercer) was at the reception. He was very friendly and managed to fit me in earlier than my scheduled time. The facility is exceptionally clean and I felt that he employed proper sterile techniques. I was at ease throughout the entire procedure. Cameron was well-versed in the piercing I desired and ensured I was satisfied with the placement before proceeding. Not only is he a skilled artist, but he has a keen eye for detail and accuracy. I had full confidence in his recommendations regarding the jewelry and piercing placement. The appointment was quick, pleasant, and efficient. I would definitely revisit and recommend.
EDIT: my rook piercing wasn’t placed properly and the style of the hoop caused irritation in the base of my ear. I had to remove it after a week of wearing it. When I reached out to explain the issue I was informed that all transactions are final and my only option was to purchase another piece of jewelry after already spending $450 on the initial hoop.
