Facial by Cameron was outstanding. As a first-timer, I was unsure of what to expect, but Cameron guided me through the process with ease. There was no push to buy products or add-on services I hadn't signed up for. The consultation and treatment lasted around 50 minutes, with a good portion of that time dedicated to letting the products work their magic on my skin. While I'm thrilled with the results for my acne-prone skin, I wish I had known in advance so I could have booked a longer session. I have some lower back problems, and Cameron noticed my discomfort, offering to adjust the pillow under my knees, which I appreciated. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to upgrade the treatment beds as the one I used last time felt softer.
