I recently visited Divine Creations by Jade during my short stay in Denver. Despite having thick hair, Jade efficiently washed, blow-dried, and styled my hair in just an hour. The end result was fantastic! My hair felt smooth and well-moisturized. When I urgently needed another wash during my unexpected trip to Denver to care for my father, Jade accommodated me by checking her busy schedule and fitting me in the next day. I didn't hesitate to return the following week. Heavenly Designs by Jade exudes professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. The same level of excellence extends to the barbers as well. It was my first time getting a weave, and my experience at Divine Creations by Jade was exceptional. Jade was incredibly helpful in choosing the right hair bundles and advising me on styling options. She also took the time to explain the maintenance routine, which I found very valuable. The salon's ambiance is serene and inviting. I absolutely adore Jade's work and will definitely be back!
I reached out to Divine Creations to schedule an appointment for the following day at 9:30 am. Due to a slight delay in the morning, I called the salon to inform them. However, my calls went unanswered, leading me to believe they were occupied. Upon arriving, I found the sign displayed 'open,' but the door was locked, and the lights were off. Another client, also waiting for her 9:30 am appointment, made several unsuccessful calls and even left a deposit, only to be left waiting past 10 am with no communication from Divine Creations. This disappointing experience, marked by a lack of professionalism and communication, occurred during my maiden visit to this salon. It's now 12:46 pm, and I'm yet to hear from them.
