Although I typically refrain from leaving reviews, I feel compelled to do so for Jenny! She performed a remarkable transformation on my hair! Previously, my hair was lackluster, refused to grow, and had been marred by a failed attempt at coloring, resulting in a dull brown hue. Jenny skillfully restored my hair to a blonde shade and added 18-inch keratin bond extensions, a meticulous process that spanned 20 hours! Jenny exhibited patience and care towards my hair, even allowing my two young sons to accompany me since I lacked childcare but had yearned for this change for years. Thanks to her, I now boast my dream hair - long, thick, blonde locks! This transformation has significantly boosted my confidence, garnering admiration from everyone around me. Previously a major insecurity, my hair is now a source of pride. I am truly grateful!

I've frequented Jenny at The Cottage for two decades now. She's a master of hair, particularly mine as I've reached a mature age. Jenny consistently delivers exceptional results, leaving me fully content and at ease post-appointment. She caters to a diverse clientele, spanning all age groups. As a senior citizen, I wholeheartedly endorse her for any hair-related needs - be it styling, cutting, or coloring.

I was keen on trying a new salon and experiencing a complete transformation with highlights and a cut by the proprietor, Jenny. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for noon. However, an hour before the appointment, she informed me that her daughter was unwell and requested if I could come in later that day. Unable to accommodate the change, I rescheduled for the subsequent week at noon. To my dismay, I received another message stating that she had a doctor's appointment and asked if I could come in during the afternoon. It appears that this proprietor is not in need of business or revenue. Sadly, she missed out on a $250.00 appointment with me. I shall be taking my business elsewhere.
