This was the most exceptional coloring experience I've had among the COUNTLESS salons I've visited! Teri is truly the best, she knows exactly how to bring your vision to life! A friend suggested this salon to me, and I will definitely be returning! <3
This situation occurred around two years ago, and I've finally found the time to share my feedback. Though it may have exceeded the hair review deadline lol. I came to the salon with platinum hair, aiming for a milk tea brown hue. Unfortunately, I left with deep black hair. Despite the stylist's reassurance that it would "fade out," I was quite disappointed. Luckily, my natural dark hair made it easier to adjust, but it was certainly not what I had requested. To add to the frustration, I had to pay $200-300 for a service that left my hair in a mess. I'm writing this review now because the way the situation was handled still bothers me. There was no attempt to rectify the issue or offer a solution. The feigned ignorance was truly disheartening. 😭
Molly is a true professional, and my golden locks have never looked more radiant. My hair is also in the best condition it's ever been. I highly recommend Molly, not only for her expertise but also for her warm, kind, and humorous personality. Every visit is a delightful experience!
