INCREDIBLE experience My daughter and I traveled across town to find a salon where we could get our nails done together without waiting. This salon accommodated both of us simultaneously, and the staff were incredibly kind, delivering exactly what we requested. Exceptional service!!!! 10/10
I had a pleasant experience with the stylists, but I was disappointed by the attempt to add extra charges. Despite requesting short nails, the nail technician assured me there would be no additional cost for the length I wanted. However, at checkout, I was surprised to see an upcharge for the length and a product fee added to my pedicure. I have been a regular customer and never encountered a product fee when only using polish on my toes. The attempt to upcharge for a minimal length and the discrepancy in fees were frustrating. I will not be returning and will be reporting this to the BBB. This is the second time this has occurred, and I will no longer be spending my money here.
