This place is fantastic! Affordable prices, exceptional customer service, and spotless facilities. No waiting times and they even offer complimentary drinks. I highly recommend requesting Vina for your nails (she did my pink and white) and Vina or Kim for luxurious pedicures. Both of them deliver top-notch customer service and quality work. Kim treated my mother with such care as if she were her own mother, which truly won me over. The gentleman who did my pedicure also did a great job. The nail technician who attended to me was friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the service. The owner was pleasant and had a great sense of humor. They even offer a 10-day guarantee for nail fixes. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future. May you find your perfect spot for pampering! 💅

Upon entering the nail salon, I was asked about my desired service. I requested a shellac manicure and pedicure. I later inquired about why my shellac manicure had peeled. The attendant briskly instructed me to sign in. After doing so, I asked, "Can you address my concern now?" She gestured for me to sit down, saying she needed to check something. Eventually, she called me back up and became more friendly. She explained the reason for the service failure and suggested a different treatment. Despite my initial request for a manicure and pedicure, she directed me to the gel application area. The technician began applying gel without removing the cuticles, which I found odd. When I asked about it, he mentioned it was not customary with gel and would cost an additional five dollars. At checkout, I mentioned the lack of cuticle removal to the same female attendant who had initially recorded my services. She responded, "You should have mentioned it beforehand." This process was never explained to me. I found it confusing to be asked about my services and then have to repeat my requests to the technician. I felt the lack of a warm greeting upon arrival and the absence of a thank you at the end of my visit. I even had to confirm if my transaction was complete. This backward and redundant process, along with the poor customer service at the beginning, left a lot to be desired.

I absolutely adore this establishment! The ambiance is stunning, and my nail technician, Mrs. Tina, was exceptional. She exuded a lovely personality and provided excellent service. I will definitely be returning for more pampering in the future. 💅
