This marked my second visit to this establishment. I returned because I had an excellent manicure by Jessica. Jessica also did a wonderful pedicure for my daughter. However, the individual who did my daughter's manicure did a poor job. Both of us had gel polish applied, and our nails chipped within a day. When my daughter went back for a fix, the staff member just added more polish without addressing the issue. The polish peeled off again within a day. Upon returning for a refund or credit, I was met with refusal and complete lack of customer care - no empathy or sympathy shown. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy subpar service! My experience here was far from pleasant.
I visited for a pedicure.
Ingrown nail issues were unknown to me before.
My visit for a pedicure at this place was excruciating.
The attendant insisted pain was normal and had to remove the ingrown nails. I was bleeding by then. I should have halted her but trusted her, a grave error.
It's clear they lack expertise in pedicures, especially in handling ingrown nails, which I didn't have.
I departed in immense agony.
Three days later, walking became unbearable. Two toes were red around the nail.
Two weeks later, excruciating pain surrounded the nail. The pain was intermittent. I bought OTC ingrown nail medicine and researched how to manage an ingrown nail. It slightly improved.
Three months later, I have ingrown toenails in both feet.
I tried EVERYTHING, at one point there was pus, but I couldn't see what was happening until I removed the nail polish.
I am in pain as I write this and will seek a podiatrist.
