Absolutely atrocious service. My nails were ruined, the acrylic removal was a disaster costing me $45 and 3 hours of my time. Upon returning for a refund or credit, I was met with refusal and complete lack of customer care - no empathy or sympathy shown. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy subpar service! I have filed a complaint with the authorities, see you in court! "Nail Rotten Berry".
