My experience here was far from pleasant. I visited for a pedicure. Ingrown nail issues were unknown to me before. My visit for a pedicure at this place was excruciating. The attendant insisted pain was normal and had to remove the ingrown nails. I was bleeding by then. I should have halted her but trusted her, a grave error. It's clear they lack expertise in pedicures, especially in handling ingrown nails, which I didn't have. I departed in immense agony. Three days later, walking became unbearable. Two toes were red around the nail. Two weeks later, excruciating pain surrounded the nail. The pain was intermittent. I bought OTC ingrown nail medicine and researched how to manage an ingrown nail. It slightly improved. Three months later, I have ingrown toenails in both feet. I tried EVERYTHING, at one point there was pus, but I couldn't see what was happening until I removed the nail polish. I am in pain as I write this and will seek a podiatrist. This is the worst ordeal I've ever faced. It ruined my feet and cost me hundreds of dollars in total.
Unprofessional service, subpar nail painting, square nails.
I've visited a few times, and the team is fantastic. I brought my nieces (12 & 10) for their birthday last weekend. The older one wanted a French manicure with a colored tip, and the younger one wanted matching neutral nails with a glitter accent. The owner did my older niece's nails and helped them both choose their colors. The 12-year-old was ecstatic that everyone spoke to her like an adult. They both had a wonderful time. Excellent experience!
