They send you a reminder the day before your appointment to confirm, which I appreciate because we can get so caught up in our schedules and forget, so this is very helpful! I highly recommend Marissa or Natasha. They take their time and make you feel at ease with their gentle touch while working on your lashes. I always opt for the volume lash set and let me tell you, they last for weeks!
