I have been visiting this place for more than a year and I absolutely adore it here, everyone is incredibly friendly. The laser treatment is my favorite because I have tried various laser centers for three years with no success! But let me tell you, LaserAway's laser treatment works wonders on my skin. Specifically, I visit this location on Thursdays because of the exceptional staff - Christian, Clea, Jade, and Emily. They are truly amazing! They make me feel right at home. Christian, in particular, always greets me like a friend and remembers me every time I visit. I simply adore him!
My experience with Juvederm Lip Filler at this LaserAway branch was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, with Christian ensuring everyone felt at ease upon entering. Cleopatra promptly assisted me with check-in. Jennifer efficiently prepared me for my treatment by applying numbing cream. Nurse Athina executed the treatment flawlessly and patiently answered all my queries. The entire team here was exceptional. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
I opted for LaserAway because of its professional reputation. I had placed so much trust in this process, but unfortunately, I was met with immense disappointment! I spent nearly $4000 on laser facial treatments to address my melasma, with promises of outstanding results, yet after 7 sessions, I saw no improvement. And that's not all... I also underwent facial and underarm hair removal, and now I am experiencing more facial and underarm hair growth than ever before. It's not that I neglected the pre and post-treatment care instructions. I diligently followed them in hopes of seeing results. Despite this, I had 2-3 sessions of underarm hair removal, and no one bothered to inquire about my progress or the utilization of my remaining sessions. They have received their payment, so why should they bother! Initially, they seemed like the best, but evidently, that's the facade they maintain to attract customers. I must admit, there were about 2 excellent nurses. However, the issue arose when each one provided conflicting information upon my complaints about the lack of results, making me question if I was following the correct procedures.
