This marked my second visit to this establishment. I returned because I had an excellent manicure by Jessica. Jessica also did a wonderful pedicure for my daughter. However, the individual who did my daughter's manicure did a poor job. Both of us had gel polish applied, and our nails chipped within a day. When my daughter went back for a fix, the staff member just added more polish without addressing the issue. The polish peeled off again within a day. I would not suggest this place to anyone (unless you specifically request Jessica).
Avoid MARIA at all costs! I had my nails done by her yesterday, and she was absolutely AWFUL! My nails look like a child painted them, which is actually an insult to my child. Not only was she slow, but the quality was just dreadful. I am at a loss for words that she has remained employed through multiple ownership changes. I made the error of choosing her out of desperation, but moving forward, I will ONLY visit if CECE is working. I would rate it zero stars if I hadn't been there, but I'm giving it four stars in hopes that they improve and hire better staff.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! I have never been so let down by my nails. I opted for gel polish and it looks like a child did them. I could honestly do a better job myself. I also felt uncomfortable when they conversed in their native language during my visit. I will never return, even if it were complimentary. Dreadful.
