I have visited this establishment a total of 9 times. During my last visit, I encountered an issue with the massage, and the owner Abby promptly reached out to me after I shared my concerns. She rectified the situation swiftly, showcasing exemplary 5-star customer service! Rebecca is unequivocally the finest massage therapist on staff, available Sunday through Friday. I highly recommend requesting her to ensure you receive the rejuvenating massage you require. Rebecca possesses expertise in reflexology and acupressure, allowing her to target the areas on your body that require the most attention. They offer a foot soak infused with herbs, but do not mistake it for tea despite its tea bag appearance. Overall, my experiences here have been positive, and any rare issues were promptly resolved. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for therapeutic massages with Rebecca!
This is my debut visit here. I arranged for a 90-minute combo body and foot massage. Rebecca allowed me to soak my feet for 15 minutes and then gave me over 5 minutes to change and settle in. In the end, she informed me that all the "prep-time" is encompassed in the 90-minute massage, leaving me with 70 minutes of actual massage time. I am a frequent recipient of massages and have never encountered a place that operates in this manner. I expressed my wish that they had informed me beforehand, to which she offered no response. She then mentioned that a tip of at least $15 is customary. While I typically leave generous tips, her tone left me feeling unsettled. Tips are voluntary, and the amount should be based on the client's satisfaction with the service. Despite this, I still left a tip, but I do not plan on returning.
