My nails were done by Kiki, and she was fantastic! I am pleased with the results and will definitely request her again.
I do not typically leave negative feedback, but I am truly let down by my visit today. I had an appointment at 11:30 with a friend for a full set. I was paired with Alex, who initially seemed alright. However, during the manicure, issues arose. Alex was rough on my nails, neglected my cuticles, and did not inquire about length or shape preferences. Each nail ended up varying in length and thickness. Despite showing him a design on my phone, I received plain French tips instead, which was not what I desired. I left the salon with monomer residue on my fingers and poorly done nails. Although I had high expectations, I will not be returning after this experience.
