Opted for a mani/pedi and was pleased with my pedicure! The result was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a positive experience. However, I felt that the shaping and white tips on my nails could have been better. Perhaps I should have requested a more experienced technician, but it could have been an off day. Nonetheless, my nails still look decent, and I'm particularly happy with my pedicure!
Received a manicure from Alex, the owner, around three weeks back. Found the set to be visibly grown out and misshapen upon receiving it. Despite requesting hard gel, acrylic was used instead. The service felt hurried, with the technician taking calls and looking away while working on my nails. Ended up with uneven acrylic bits that I had to fix myself. The nails were thick near the cuticle and had a dip in the middle. Although I've only been doing nails for two years, I believe I could have done a better job. To top it off, they charged me $70 for this subpar service. Today, I had an appointment with a different technician who arrived 15 minutes late and then claimed we didn't have enough time. Despite her sweet demeanor, I opted for a full removal, which they refused. The owner displayed rudeness, so I recommend saving your money and avoiding a disappointing nail experience.
Underwent a very painful nail removal process, one of the worst I've encountered. The establishment is well-maintained, and the pedicures were excellent. However, I believe we were overcharged. Opted for Dip Powder nails, and while my right hand turned out great, the left hand had three nails that were lumpy. Despite this, the customer service was pleasant overall.
