This establishment is truly a blessing! The moment I walked in, I felt like I was among long-time friends. I had booked a massage and facial. The massage was exceptional, the music, customer service, everything was outstanding. The masseuse understood my needs without me having to say much, and her expertise was evident. The facial was flawless. I have struggled with bad skin for years, especially with blackheads on my nose, but she managed to clear them all! My face looks completely different now—smooth, shiny, squeaky clean, and refreshed. The mint mask felt amazing! Moreover, the front desk customer service was top-notch. As a facility manager, I always stress the importance of good customer service to my employees. The lady at the front desk was cheerful, happy, and genuinely sweet. She shared stories and went the extra mile to ensure I could have both my facial and massage on the same day. This was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone! It took the stylist Layla nearly 7.5 hours to complete a full highlight on my medium-length hair. I had to speak up when she was only a third of the way through applying bleach after 2 hours🚩. Despite expressing my concerns about leaving the bleach in for so long, she only attempted to wipe some off. It took over 4 hours just to apply the color, and no one intervened. She even suggested toner after my hair was already over-processed🚩. The salon's reputation as top-notch didn't reflect in my experience. I was there from 10:50 am to 6:14 pm. Another stylist had to finish styling my hair because it got too dark in the room for me to see the top of my head. I reached out to the salon with no response, and they had the nerve to charge me $180 for this disaster.
I was dissatisfied with the stylist who did my hair. The foils looked decent, but I specifically mentioned that I didn't want dark hair. However, my hair ended up looking ashy and dark, and I was charged $190 plus a $20 tip. I went back the next day for a fix, but I'm still not pleased. She added a toner and more foils, but then charged me an additional $55 on top of what I had already paid. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth at $265. In my opinion, it's too expensive for the result.
