To be honest, this is the worst salon I've ever visited. They chopped off my long hair and refused to cut it the way I requested (the stylist's exact words were, "I refuse," despite it being a normal cut they had done for people I know personally). Additionally, they colored my hair the exact same shade it already was, with no noticeable difference. On top of that, they were both impolite and overpriced. I don't mind paying for what I want, but they did the opposite. For the past decade, I've been driving all the way to Troy, Ohio (about 3 and a half hours away) to a salon that actually delivers. Save yourself the frustration and money; go elsewhere.
A friend recommended this salon to me after a terrible haircut elsewhere. I was hesitant to get another haircut, fearing I'd have to chop off a lot of hair. However, the stylist did a fantastic job and suggested ways to fix it without major cutting. I really appreciate the help; this salon is a great place to go. I will definitely return!
My hair was completely ruined! I went in for a root touch up and to have red put back in. It should have been a simple appointment. However, once the blonde was rinsed out, I saw that it had turned neon yellow. I wasn't too worried, thinking toner could fix it. But when I left, my hair was silver/grey. I was very upset and was told to just wash it out myself. I've never had a salon tell me to fix my own hair before. I followed their instructions and used clarifying shampoo, but nothing improved. I reached out and explained that my hair was still not fading. When I returned a week later, I made sure to show the blonde color it was supposed to be. But instead, I ended up with more color that left a greenish tint and was even darker. I was told that I couldn't see the true blonde due to my red face from a chemical peel. I was then blamed for the damage to my hair. I had gone in with healthy hair, which they denied. I had spent a year repairing and maintaining my hair, using the recommended products. Now, my hair is in such a state that another stylist won't touch it, and it's had two toners in a week. The stylist never admitted fault, instead blaming me. I'm currently trying to repair the damage with a hair mask. I had been to this stylist multiple times before, so I thought they understood what I wanted since they had done it before. However, they seemed annoyed and indifferent to what had happened, once again telling me to just wash it and it would fix itself. I am extremely disappointed and will not be paying to have my hair ruined and then be blamed for it.
