Omgosh, so awful! Used to go for convenience, now horrid. Nails made my fingers bleed, still hurt 3 days later. Pedicure was bad, no scrub or foot rub. Sloppy polish. Avoid this place, regret it!

This establishment is truly a blessing! The moment I walked in, I felt like I was among long-time friends. I had booked a massage and facial. The massage was exceptional, the music, customer service, everything was outstanding. The masseuse understood my needs without me having to say much, and her expertise was evident. The facial was flawless. I have struggled with bad skin for years, especially with blackheads on my nose, but she managed to clear them all! My face looks completely different now—smooth, shiny, squeaky clean, and refreshed. The mint mask felt amazing! Moreover, the front desk customer service was top-notch. As a facility manager, I always stress the importance of good customer service to my employees. The lady at the front desk was cheerful, happy, and genuinely sweet. She shared stories and went the extra mile to ensure I could have both my facial and massage on the same day. This was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone! I've had one facial with Jessica and it was truly the best facial I've ever had, surpassing even the spas that charge over $100 for a 30-minute session. My skin was literally radiant afterward, and I usually feel self-conscious without makeup but my skin looked and felt amazing!
She is incredibly kind and creates a very comfortable atmosphere from the beginning. Her workspace and music selection are top-notch! I also had a lash lift and tint done by her, and my lashes look fantastic! To be honest, this is the worst salon I've ever visited. They chopped off my long hair and refused to cut it the way I requested (the stylist's exact words were, "I refuse," despite it being a normal cut they had done for people I know personally). Additionally, they colored my hair the exact same shade it already was, with no noticeable difference. On top of that, they were both impolite and overpriced. I don't mind paying for what I want, but they did the opposite. For the past decade, I've been driving all the way to Troy, Ohio (about 3 and a half hours away) to a salon that actually delivers.
