Dealing with neuropathy in my feet and hands, I dropped by for a leg and hand massage. I believe the therapist's name was Candy, and she did an excellent job. My feet and hands felt significantly better, especially the area below my knees. I aim to make it a bi-weekly visit. Nails were filed poorly, requiring re-filing during polish, leaving dust in the gel. Free edge was filed after top coat, a basic mistake. Refund request denied, and technician refused to show nail tech license. 🚩🚩🚩

The massages are truly wonderful but the membership program is not ideal and I wouldn't suggest enrolling in it. It's not easy to opt-out and the process is not prompt. I had to pay 80 dollars to terminate it. I understand it's probably stated in the contract somewhere, but the membership was strongly pushed on me during checkout, so I couldn't review the terms. With the holiday season, it really hit my wallet hard. Rachel wasn't the most pleasant person to talk to on the phone either, which was frustrating. I'll return to use my remaining massage, but after this experience, I won't be returning to this establishment.About
