We initially crossed paths with Lynn in July. My golden retrievers, Plenty and Demic, feel significantly better after their massages! I am grateful that she is accessible at our local competitions. Alexis's new space is so warm and welcoming! They also do a really great job making you feel safe and informed throughout the process. I had the most transformational 90 minute Ashi Thai massage. On a physical level, the work Alexis did on my low back and legs helped to keep my sciatica at bay for about 2 weeks. They also worked some magic on my face/jaw and the release of tension was so noticeable. On an energetic level, this deep bodywork helped to bring a few emotional blocks to the surface for healing as well. I am so grateful for this experience and can't wait to come back!
