I strongly recommend making a reservation! The environment is pristine and secluded. ✨Gracen was EXCEPTIONAL✨ She guided me through the procedure and ensured my comfort throughout. It was swift (as a busy parent, this is greatly appreciated!) and relatively painless, prompting me to immediately schedule my next appointment. I eagerly anticipate my next visit!
I have visited this establishment four times. This will be my final visit. Neither individuals displayed much bedside manner, particularly Gracen. She did not greet me upon arrival, simply instructed me to undress immediately. She used wax instead of sugar as scheduled! There was no apology when I pointed it out. We did not communicate during the session. I have terminated my membership. Additionally, cancellation can only be done in person. A dreadful experience. My friend had a similarly disappointing encounter.
Jasmine was extremely courteous and professional. She made my initial waxing experience a breeze. She managed my expectations effectively while also calming my nerves. Her guidance throughout the process made it truly enjoyable. I highly suggest her services.
