The massages are truly wonderful but the membership program is not ideal and I wouldn't suggest enrolling in it. It's not easy to opt-out and the process is not prompt. I had to pay 80 dollars to terminate it. I understand it's probably stated in the contract somewhere, but the membership was strongly pushed on me during checkout, so I couldn't review the terms. With the holiday season, it really hit my wallet hard. Rachel wasn't the most pleasant person to talk to on the phone either, which was frustrating. I'll return to use my remaining massage, but after this experience, I won't be returning to this establishment.
They canceled my appointment on my birthday. I know things happen and people call out, but a massage is usually associated with something celebratory, so it was more disappointing than a typical cancellation. The receptionist tried to reschedule me for 5 hours after my original appointment. I had traveled specifically to get that massage and don't live nearby. No discount was offered. Personally, I believe they should have offered me a complimentary massage because it really impacted my day and took a lot of mental strength to prevent it from ruining my birthday entirely.
This is my preferred spot when I need to set aside some time for self-care and unwind! It consistently exceeds my expectations! The establishment is stunning, spotless, and serene. Every team member from the Front Desk to the Therapists is welcoming and professional. I've chosen the membership option, which provides a slight discount and automatically bills my card monthly. I usually go for the Swedish Massage every month, but recently upgraded to a 90-minute Hot Salt Stone Massage. It was absolutely amazing!!!! The Rooms are cozy and even equipped with an Air Purifier. The Beds are heated, and can be adjusted to your preferred temperature. My therapist is Dakota, with whom I immediately felt at ease. She is highly skilled at addressing the areas that need attention and providing recommendations for the next session. She has made significant progress on my neck and shoulders! Now that I've mentioned her, hopefully I can secure another booking with her! 😂
