This manicure experience was beyond disappointing. Major concerns about sanitation practices as no new tools were used. Nails were filed poorly, requiring re-filing during polish, leaving dust in the gel. Free edge was filed after top coat, a basic mistake. Refund request denied, and technician refused to show nail tech license. 🚩🚩🚩
Leaving a review for the first time due to extreme pain post-nail appointment. Cuticles were cut open with a drill, causing discomfort that persists days later.
One star is generous. At 54, experienced in pedicures, I encountered cold water, unstable chair desk, and unprofessional attitude. Tech's response to my request for a stable surface was rude. Asked for a different technician, but the outcome was worse. Refused to pay for subpar service. Save your time and money elsewhere. 💰
