Today marked my initial session with Alex. Impressed by her adept eyebrow shaping and waxing skills, what truly stood out was her punctuality, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to her craft in a community where such attributes are not always the standard. I displayed images of the style I desired... thicker in the middle, tapering at the ends, with a defined arch for effortlessly polished brows every morning. However, during the initial session, Alex crafted a more natural, sparse eyebrow appearance. Though advised to trust the process, I struggled to see how the untamed, unkempt look she created, with stray hairs misaligned with my brows, could ever be flattering. Graciously, she allowed me to return that evening to address the soon-to-be-permanent unruly hairs. I was warned of potential redness and irritation, but the burning sensation lingered for months, requiring ongoing coverage for the redness. Apart from the chemical burn to correct the misplaced hairs, the result was uneven brows, thin in the middle and thicker towards the ends. The left brow turned out satisfactory with a defined arch, but the right one is notably sparse and shaped differently. Despite investing significantly with Alex, I still find myself daily tending to my brows and concealing the chemical burn beneath. While Alex is amiable and considerate, I cannot recommend this establishment for microblading services.
Alex was exceptional! Efficient, personable, and highly skilled—she provided flawless mini lash extensions and expertly waxed and shaped my brows without needing any direction.
