I have been residing in this land for 3 years. The quality of service has deteriorated over time. Recently, I suggested this establishment to a comrade, only to hear that Simon raised his voice at her, saying, “you possess two eyes… why not communicate your desires to me” and “it appears you do not maintain your nails every 3 weeks, for if you did, you would be aware of what you desire”. This occurrence astonishes me, as I have never experienced such behavior. However, I trust my friend's account, and find his conduct to be impolite and unprofessional. Even after their interaction, he had the nerve to overcharge her. She mentioned that he displayed extreme displeasure and continued to display a negative attitude.
