I desired to share my experience today at Mountcastle, because I was so delighted. I met Madeline for the first time. I was aware of their qualifications and experience before my appointment, so I already felt very at ease in their care. However, upon meeting them, they brought so much more to the appointment. They were very personable and I found them very easy to convey my preferences. They listened patiently, offered feedback, and we agreed on a plan. I received a lot of units! Their touch was very gentle. I tend to bruise regardless of who injects me, but I left with no marks and no bruises, which is a testament to their skills and technique. If you are seeking an injector who is both highly skilled and very personable, I wholeheartedly recommend Madeline.
