I had a truly AWFUL experience with Compassionate Podiatry. They would schedule me for an appointment, take my $30 copay, and then realize the necessary procedures had already been done in a prior visit. Despite multiple assurances that my insurance would cover custom orthotics, I later received a $1,500 bill in the mail. Upon contacting them, I was met with an incredibly impolite receptionist. To top it off, when my orthotics arrived, the doctor deemed them faulty and ineffective. This office not only lacked assistance but also provided unreliable information and drained my finances without remorse.
The doctor I saw was fantastic. I called to schedule an appointment but never received a call back, and their receptionist, Susan, was incredibly rude. She offered no explanation and abruptly ended the call. Receptionists are the initial point of contact for any establishment and represent the company's image; I cannot recommend this practice.
My experience was exceptionally positive. Dr. Smith was compassionate, understanding, and swiftly diagnosed my foot issue. He provided me with orthotic solutions, resulting in significant relief for my feet. Both he and his receptionist were professional and courteous. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of such medical care. Dr. Smith's bedside manner is truly remarkable.
