I had a truly AWFUL experience with Compassionate Podiatry. They would schedule me for an appointment, take my $30 copay, and then realize the necessary procedures had already been done in a prior visit. Despite multiple assurances that my insurance would cover custom orthotics, I later received a $1,500 bill in the mail. Upon contacting them, I was met with an incredibly impolite receptionist. To top it off, when my orthotics arrived, the doctor deemed them faulty and ineffective.
