Joe reached out to my mother, arranged to fix the previous pedicure, and did an excellent job. He really stood by the business, and my mom was very grateful for his efforts to address the situation.

My mother and I visited yesterday (5/21) for pedicures. She opted for a tropical design, while I went for a deluxe treatment. My pedicure was satisfactory and met my expectations. The nail work was well done, the technician asked if I wanted my nails shortened, and overall, the service was pleasant. However, the same cannot be said for my mother's experience. Her nails were left long without asking her preference for length. They were filed unevenly, the polish was not applied properly on some nails, and clumpy on others. While my mom is aware her toenails aren't perfect, the result she left with looked like it was done by a child. It was truly disappointing. The photos attached show my mom's pedicure right after leaving, still in the toe separators and pedicure flip flops, so her shoes couldn't have caused the polish to smudge.

Avoid getting your nails done here! I used to have my nails done by Nancy at this salon, and she used to do a fantastic job. I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance because I was leaving town on vacation that evening. I had booked a Dipped Pink & White treatment. While waiting for Nancy, she suggested I get a regular nail treatment instead of the dipped one, which shocked me. It was clear she had overbooked herself and didn't care about my appointment. With no other salon available at that late hour, I had no choice but to proceed. Unfortunately, my nails turned out terrible, in fact, they looked horrible. I paid quickly to leave as soon as possible. The quality of service at this salon has significantly declined. Do not go here; the owner and her team are awful.
