My brother and I had visited a salon and got our nails done. My brother absolutely despised his, I swiftly scheduled an appointment with Alex, and she fixed my brother's nails. ever since we only go to her when we want to get our nails done. she always does such an excellent job, and you will never leave disappointed. She’s also really welcoming, so if you have anything that you want done differently, she will adjust it. I just feel really at ease with her, and it’s overall such a fantastic experience getting work done with her.
I’ve been going to Alex now for about 2 years, I have never had a complaint and she has always gone above and beyond for me. Every set I’ve had has been more than exceptional, her attention to detail is just outstanding. Her designs are always neat and precise. When I’m there, she always asks if I’m happy with what she is doing and constantly checks up on me. I would recommend NailzbyAlex to anyone and everyone!!
Best nails in Chicago hands down! Alex is such a skilled nail artist! Not only are her artistry skills are amazing, but so is her customer service! She made me feel so at ease and was always checking in with me to make sure that my nails were they way that I wanted them to be. I will definitely be going back!!!
