Visited the salon for the first time on August 12th and presented a picture to Morgan for reference. The result was exceptional, and I highly recommend this place for quality cuts and styles at a reasonable price. I will definitely return.
The very first time I visited on Saturday March 6, 2021, I was assisted by a person named Riley. Upon sitting at their station, I communicated my desired hair length and color. To my surprise, Riley immediately pulled my hair back and began cutting without discussing the length. This resulted in my hair being much shorter than anticipated, which was concerning. Following this, Riley proceeded to bleach my hair from the scalp to the ends, a practice that is not recommended as it can cause damage. Subsequently, dye was applied to my wet hair, which is known to be harmful as wet hair is more fragile. Additionally, the lack of consultation during the cutting process and the oversight of a section during dyeing raised further concerns. Despite pointing out these issues, Riley's response was dismissive. After noticing more flaws at home, I returned on Thursday March 11, 2021, and was attended to by Morgan, the manager. Morgan rectified the errors, provided compensation, and ensured a better experience. While the outcome was improved, the initial service was disappointing, leading me to give a rating of 3 stars.
I have been a loyal customer of Morgan's salon for numerous years. Morgan consistently delivers beautiful and healthy hair, and the staff exhibit kindness and consideration towards clients.
