Normally they keep my brows on point but today I was upset with true results. They butchered my brows and expected for me to walk out like that! No they had to fix that mess. I don’t know if she was new but she did a horrible job, someone else had to correct it and I was halfway pleased. Now I have to regrow my brows. Thanks a lot.
Our service with Zara yesterday was horrible. She hurts you when threading and it is very very painful. She also waxed my child, taking a layer of skin. Now, seeing the other reviews in the most recent months, she is doing the same thing to other customers. You need to hire someone more experienced. Also, FYI we weren’t even given a waiver to sign yesterday for the waxing……
I’m literally WAILING IN MY VEHICLE. 9/7 10:30 am, older individual. she made my eyebrows way too thin, i’m missing part of the tail of one eyebrow. i had naturally thick and bushy eyebrows and now they look horrible. aside from that it was slower and more painful than it normally is.
