I adore my nails! Showed a pic for reference (a bit complex), and the nail artist nailed it. Had to point out some areas needing touch-ups, and she seemed a tad short with me, clearly a bit frustrated. Nonetheless, my nails were perfectly even and shaped. I'd choose the annoyed artist again and again as long as my nails look fabulous. We're all human, whether as clients or providers.
