This is my third visit to PureLuxe Nails Spa and I must commend Alex for the exceptional job done on my nails. Their gentle approach during the treatment was truly appreciated. I am grateful for their willingness to stay a bit longer to accommodate me as the last client. Alex was friendly and assisted me in selecting a style and color, inspiring me to try a new look with a red and French manicure gel. This will now be my preferred spot for nail services.
This experience was quite unexpected. It was my first time here and a simple gel extension took a total of 2 hours. The technician was pleasant but unfortunately, my natural nails suffered damage under the gel extensions due to the drill tool. As I type this, my nails are throbbing and I am anxious about their condition once the extensions are removed. There are cuts on the skin around my nails, causing discomfort. Despite requesting oval nails, the result was sharp and pointy like cat claws. The uneven application and polish on my skin were disappointing. Moreover, the color I selected was not used. While not a major issue, for the price of $60, I expected to receive the chosen color. I will not be returning here. Overall, a bizarre and painful experience.
