Initial visit, opted for a hot stone pedicure & dip manicure with Sam. The pedicure was exceptional, truly a luxurious experience but well worth it. I enjoyed every moment. I'm quite particular about my nails, but they turned out beautifully as well. Sam was delightful. The establishment itself is vibrant and spotless. I was pleasantly surprised and will certainly revisit when I'm in the vicinity.
Helen is fantastic, this is the initial manicure I’ve had that lasted a full 3 weeks (and counting). Helen managed to replicate my nails' appearance from my photo reference and provided me with tips on preventing cracking and hangnails. Complimentary drinks were served during the manicure.
Absolutely terrible experience. I requested rounded ombre nails with brown tips and left with solid purple nails despite showing a photo of the exact service I desired (as shown). My nails are filled with adhesive underneath and each one has a different shape. One is pointy and almond-shaped, one has a flat edge, and the rest are somewhat round. The nail polish application isn’t the best either. I was never consulted during my service if the shape, color, or style were satisfactory as I have been in other salons. Overall, very dissatisfied and won't be coming back.
