AVOID SEEING OLIVIA AT ALL COSTS! My daughter and I had disastrous haircuts from her. I went in after growing my hair out for half a year. My hair was long enough to be tied in a ponytail. I clearly communicated that I wanted a trim and thinning at the ends since I was growing it out. But she completely disregarded my request! She layered my hair excessively, resulting in a much shorter length. I shared a photo of the mess she made on Yelp. Take a look, it's humiliating. She did the same to my daughter, whose hair is curly, leaving her looking like a cotton swab. She's contemplating whether shaving her head would be a better option since her high school doesn't permit hats. 😡
I have been going to Olivia for cuts and color for a while now and she always does an impeccable job! Incredibly skilled, genuinely kind, and easy to converse with. Most recently, I decided to try a mullet styled by her, and I receive compliments on my hair frequently. I enthusiastically recommend this salon, with Olivia specifically!
