Queen Nails managed to accommodate me on short notice one Saturday afternoon! The service was exceptional, and my pedicure looks absolutely fantastic. I often deal with ingrown toenails, so I asked for extra attention in that area, and the staff did an outstanding job cleaning them up and removing all the dead skin. I highly recommend them! I definitely plan on returning soon :)
I was extremely impressed! My mom and I decided on a last-minute manicure and pedicure, and they were able to accommodate us on a Friday evening without an appointment. The technician did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. I have a habit of biting my nails, so they are usually short, but she added length to my index finger, which had broken earlier. This helped it blend in with my other nails and prevented any pulling. She took her time to ensure everything was properly set, and even after 4 weeks, my gel manicure is still intact and shiny! This has been a wonderful experience as it allowed my nails to grow out, which was exactly what I was hoping for.
If a zero star rating was an option, I would definitely give it to them. Avoid this place at all costs. It was the worst experience ever. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The woman was in a rush and only wanted to do things her way, completely disregarding my preferences. She had another appointment after mine, which led to her rushing through my service and doing a sloppy job. My nails have air bubbles, uneven spots, and excess product. Stay away from this place!
