I visited for my initial waxing session there. The reception was warm and the esthetician Athena who performed the waxing was very gentle, although she could use some more practice. During checkout, I felt uneasy about others being aware of the service I had received, quite embarrassing. Overall decent, but the rooms could be more serene instead of the noisy disturbances.
I finally discovered a spot I'll revisit! Exceptional and skilled massages (suggest Julie or Sarah)...no pushy sales tactics. Managed to unwind without the unnecessary small talk many massage therapists feel obliged to engage in. The proprietor was also very welcoming...introduced herself and was attentive to our experiences. Pleasant establishment in downtown Elmhurst (just south of the tracks).
I absolutely adore this establishment. I've been receiving facials and skincare treatments for around 2+ years at this venue. Andrea and the whole team excel in their expertise. The premises are spotless and cozy. I highly endorse Essential Skin & Beauty for all your skincare and beauty needs.
