They excel at nail art, and I've had good experiences here before, but there are some concerns. Even with an appointment, there's often a wait. The pedicures are subpar; they leave you sitting for an hour before even starting the water, and the lady who did mine last cut my nail in a way that caused an infection later. I used to think highly of them, but something seems off lately. They are clearly understaffed, but poor service is not acceptable. They should refrain from taking appointments if they can't accommodate them.
The lone worker completed my manicure and pedicure. Every finger was nicked by the drill, and the dip powder nails were done haphazardly.
Had another subpar pedicure from the sole male employee. I could have done it better myself. I have a wedding to attend and was hoping for a good pedicure.
