They excel at nail art, and I've had good experiences here before, but there are some concerns. Even with an appointment, there's often a wait. The pedicures are subpar; they leave you sitting for an hour before even starting the water, and the lady who did mine last cut my nail in a way that caused an infection later. I used to think highly of them, but something seems off lately. They are clearly understaffed, but poor service is not acceptable.
