Terrible customer service - front desk staff always look at you like they've got poop smeared under their nose. The stylists I've worked with were skilled but also not the most pleasant personalities so not a place I wish to spend any more money at.
I had a session with Jordan for color correction and then they performed the actual correction. My hair was a disaster after using box color on a whim and not being able to remove it. Jordan restored my original hair color and gave me some subtle autumn highlights. Their attention to detail is incredible and they did not hesitate to make adjustments as the processing progressed as they saw fit. My hair looks a million times better and I’m no longer embarrassed by it. I will be back.
Carmen was fantastic! Incredibly warm and welcoming. I showed them the inspiration picture and we had a discussion. We talked about what would complement my hair texture and facial features. We also chatted about hair care and they provided me with excellent tips! Carmen took the inspiration photo and customized it for me!
