Since relocating to NV, I've had difficulty finding a salon where I had a truly positive experience. While they weren't terrible experiences, there was always something missing. From beginning to end, Capriotti's provided the perfect salon visit. Sandra was incredibly friendly on the phone and managed to fit me in on the same day, Mason really listened to my haircut preferences and collaborated with me on achieving the look I wanted. Even the shampoo stations, which are notoriously uncomfortable, were raised up and much more comfortable than any others I've encountered. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit for highlights to complement my new haircut!
