I initially had a slightly unpleasant encounter with whoever returned my phone call to schedule. I followed up with the owner to address this issue. Sharlene did respond to me. I went ahead and booked a body contouring service and was highly impressed with Sharlene's expertise. My first service with Sharlene, the owner, was a facial. She did such a thorough job that I booked another facial for next month. I love supporting both African American-owned businesses and female entrepreneurs! Sharlene, I wish you the best!
I arrived around 10:45 for my 11 o'clock appointment, and Sharlene was just pulling up and welcomed me inside. Firstly, the place was spotless, with beautiful decor. She offered me water while she prepared everything. I was there for the lymphatic massage (AMAZING!!!). After the massage, I tried the sauna, and both experiences were exceptionally warm and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment and am eagerly looking forward to going back monthly. She even offered me water after my services. Her approach and attention to my body were incredible. Lovely ambiance and a truly soothing atmosphere, not to mention fantastic massages! I've tried both a deep tissue massage and a hot stone massage, and I'll definitely return for more! Candice is an exceptionally skilled masseuse, and everyone is very welcoming and accommodating.
